The inactivity of this forum.

It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...

I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.

I understand that people are busy these days, but it doesn't seem like they're rarely at their computer anymore. I know most of you are still dicking around with your computer. I don't know how we …

Little of Scott Chain's early life is known as his homeworld resides behind the boundries of the Unknown Regions deep in nebula space. Spacers who saw ships on the boardering nebula commented on a sleek design of bone white beauty. Often they were dismissed as nebula ghosts for being so elusive. But... through Scott's life his species, known as the T'vian, have made an appearance in the galaxy since a time before the Republic.

Some of Scott's earlier memories were of a lush, humid, and mountainous world. Replaced by the scene of a stark white corvette bulkhead. Scott's parents were chosen to venture out beyond the "veil" or nebula of T'vian space. Every millennia the strongest clan of T'vian would chose a warrior to go out into the galaxy and update their archives on events and the status of the current time. As all T'vian are Force-sensitive to some degree the strongest warriors wields the strongest Force-sensitivity.

It is estimated Scott was roughly 6 years of age when he left his homeworld. As and only child he traveled with his parents on their journey that could take up to 50 years to complete. Dantooine was one of the first planets explored by his parents and him. The force filled him with many pleasant auroras. The academy and crystal caves there intrigued him especially, but because his parents wished to remain more discrete he was forbidden to explore such areas. On Ossus Scott received his firs raw pain through the Force; so many that had died was etched into the millennia of a barren planet.

It had been 9 years since the start of the galactic war that consumed the known galaxy. Scott’s life took a dramatic transformation on Balmorra. The war had, for the most part, continued away from the core worlds. Scott and his parents had been touring the great factories on the world when the Sith invasion force struck. Mistaking Scott’s parents for Jedi warriors, the Sith attacked his family. From behind a boiler Scott watched as his mother and father fought the invaders. One after another the Sith fell, but eventually they became overwhelmed. Finally a Sith Lord strolled into the scene and up to his father, impaling him in the chest with a blood red saber. Scott watched in horror as his father fell to the ground. Scott’s mom rounded on the Sith Lord, slicing the dark beings cheek wide open. The wound hardly phased the man, and he drove his blade straight into her stomach.

Fury emanated from Scott. He ran out onto the battle field in full rage. Calling upon the Force he slammed a Sith trooper into a wall. He then locked the arm of an adept, plunging the adept’s own saber into themselves. The Sith Lord roared in amusement, extended a hand and grabbed Scott in the Force. “That’s right. Feed your anger. It gives you strength.” The Sith Lord chuckled to himself and dropped Scott next to his mother. Extending a hand his mother dropped a small necklace into his hand. It contained a small crystal that began to illuminate the minute it fell into his grasp. The Force presence of his mother vanished and Scott was left there, alone.

The Sith took Scott, with plans of training him to join their ranks. Their plan dissolved when the Republics counter strike came. Scott was freed from the Sith by a Jedi Knight by the name of Rowand. Sensing Scott’s strong presence in the Force, Rowand brought him to the Jedi Temple on Coruscaunt.

Before the council Scott was accepted for training. There he was viewed curiously by the masters of the council. All Jedi came from varying and unknown origins, but the council saw something unique in him.

"Viewing him through the force... is like seeing color in an otherwise black and white galaxy. This is not ment in expressing his potential powers, but how his presence stands out. He is not from the known galaxy, yet he is now, tragicaly, involved in it." Master Rowand commented in a discussion with the council.

Upon entering the Jedi Order Scott made a silent vow to himself that he would find the Sith Lord that murdered his parents. And, when he did, he would offer him a death both painful and drawn out.

He was immediately separated from the other apprentices due to his violent nature when it came to combat. Often he would only spar with masters who could easily redirect his blood rage. It was noted that when Scott went into a blood rage his appearance would change. Glowing clan markings would start to appear, his eyes would dimmly glow a light blue, and his hair would sheen to a stark white from it's usual black.

Five years past and Scott was taken into apprenticeship by the man who had saved him on Balmorra. Scott used the gem that his mother had given him to craft his lightsaber. The blade gave off an unusual color with a deep blue hue, and brilliant purple strands near its core. When Scott would go into his blood rage the blade would turn to a brilliant white. A result of force energies reacting with the crystal in his saber.

For the next 6 years Scott and his master fought alongside Republic forces, against the Sith Empire. His master and he became a relatively well known pair among the Republic. When he was 17 Scott encountered the Sith Lord that had slain his parents. His master urged him to give up his revenge filled heart, but the rage ran too deep. Scott engaged the Sith Lord, reveling himself as Darth Gareth. The battle ended quickly, with Scott defeated and broken. The Sith Lord departed before Rowand and others caught up.

In the silence of the night Scott left the Jedi Temple and the Jedi Order as a whole. It was not for him. Their ways, their codes, their beliefs. To him there was no light and dark... there was only the Force. The Order was too restricting... he wanted to know more... as his parents had been tasked to do. So, he set out into the galaxy, avoiding the war where he could. Reaching out to worlds and searching for techniques in the force that intrigued him. He became a ghost... and the galaxy forgot about him.

8 years later Scott returned to the troubled galaxy. A new ship, a new view on the Force and life, and a calmer, wizened being.

He settled on his childhood memory of Dantooine. It was different from what he remembered but the Force was still strong there. Shortly after, however, the war reached Dantooine. Sith assassins attacked the Jedi on Dantooine. The assassins killed many farmers on the sparsely populated world. It was more than enough reason for Scott to decide that the Galaxy needed to settle down so innocents like the farmers of Dantooine wouldn't suffer. Scott decided it was time to uphold the promise he took when he joined the Jedi Order, to be a Guardian of the Republic.

Scott didn't get far before the Treaty of Coruscaunt was signed. At first Scott thought about heading back to Dantooine thinking the galaxy could probably do without him after all. That’s when, unaware of the terms of the Treaty, the Sith started to occupy worlds the Republic left.

Upon the backwater world of Daroth IV when he was stopped by Sith forces, led by someone that would soon play a significant roll in his life. A Sith apprentice, Kira Lok... and one of his own kind. Struck with shock he sprung into action. Swiftly and skillfully he escaped the proceedings and fled Daroth IV.

The Sith pursed, but with no gain. Scott made it to Coruscant where he found the Jedi Temple, abandoned and still burning nearly a month after the attack on the core world. There amongst the ruins he ran into his old master, Rowand. To his masters shock he had returned, but not to the Order. Rowand took Scott to the new Jedi Temple being built on Tython. There he persuaded an old mentor and archivist, the aging Bothan, Master Shen.

Scott traded various Sith artifacts he had collected, to the care of the Jedi, in return for access to the Jedi Archives. There he found something that caught his attention. A Jedi tomb... on the world of Chandrilla.

Thanking the Jedi he took the info and left. There in the large canyon that housed a Jedi's tomb he found the force-remnants of Master Nammi Quelos. Curiously she called him "Guardian," from which she expressed it meant more than a mere Jedi's title, and that he would learn of it's meaning someday. He would make a choice one day. One that choice would help lay the pathway of a new galaxy.

Ignorant of an old woman's visions Scott left, unsatisfied.

It wasn’t long after Scott left Chandrila that he was swept into the Great Holocron Crisis. After receiving a message from a Jedi Master claiming to have the holocron in his possession, Scott converged on the scavenge to find The Great Holocron. He felt that no side should be in control of such a powerful artifact whilst the war was going, even if it was a cold war.

However, betrayal is like a plague for those who don’t share a common goal. Scott had risen to lead a small band of independent fighters to the holocron. A failed assassination attempt left Scott in rage. He killed the team of Sith assassins without even raising a finger. The betrayers fled in fear, but Scott did not bother to follow.

The rogue band dispersed when Scott left the small faction. Instead he brought the majority of the faction to the Republic’s aid. Scott fought side by side with his old friend from when he was in training at the Jedi Temple, Tellen Silversun. In the end the holocron turned out to be a fake, and the Hunt for the Great Holocron ended. The mystery of the real Great Holocron is still a wonder of today.

Scott returned to seeking ancient star charts and maps to his homeworld, all the time being hunted by the Sith. And more specifically one Sith in general, Darth Kiranas. On several occasions they would end up clashing.

For years Scott’s life was a mixture of events. He went in search of the Aing Tii for guidance into his past. Along the way he invented a new power he called Force Blade. To reach the Aing Tii Scott had to use techniques he learned on Kel Dor many years before. He refined and manipulated the technique to his uses. He then returned to aid the Republic in the ongoing secret war. Battles began to flare up from planet to planet, threatening all out war once more. The Treaty was beginning to strain.

Later, during the cold war Scott ran into his old comrade, Tellen Silversun. A month earlier an old friend by the name of Vigo Surai had contacted him about a proposition. On Ansion Scott joined a secret society, The Fillorean Society, in stopping a Sith fleet. For a few years Scott fought alongside with the Society’s members, which contained many of the Republic’s strongest and wisest. Scott grew closer and closer to what the Republic stood for.

On Balmorra war threatened to break out. Many Republic hero's were sent to Balmorra in fear of what may soon be coming. Scott's old master Rowand and himself among those present. A massive battle ensued on the great plains. Scott watched as his father-figure was run through on the battlefield. Blood rage filled him, and he left carnage in his wake. That was until Darth Kiranas showed up. Enough was enough. She turned tail and began to sprint away from the battlefield. His senses a blur and his mind not thinking clearly he ran after her.

By the time reality hit him the trap had already been sprung. Several Sith Lords surrounded him. One in particular, Lord Karsh, led the trap using Kira as bait. Unaware of Sith intentions, confusion ensnared him as Lord Karsh unleashed a fury of Force Lightening on Kira. The Sith Lord then tossed the girl into the the nearby river. Unsure of what was going on Scott dove in after his old foe and pulled her back to dry land. Unconsciousness took him.

When he awoke he lay in a cell on the world of Dromund Kaas. His only companion sat awake in the cell across from him, Kira. She explained the treachery that Lord Karsh had pulled. They were to be broken into submission, and given as gifts to the Emperor. For months Scott and Kira endured torturous interrogations. Nearly a year had gone by before Fillorean operatives broke them out.

Scott Drug an unconcious Kira to his old home on Dantooine where they healed their wounds. It is not known when Scott and Kira became more... intimate... but records detail that they are seen frequently traveling together from this point on. Scott's first priority was to hunt down his old ship dealer, the Mandalorian, Jax Nek'la.

Nek'la's family had been murdered by Lord Venku, Kira's old Sith counterpart. In grievance Jax had left behind a wake of carnage and dead bodies, stemming from planet to planet. Scott and Kira felt responsible for Nek'la's bloody trail and tracked him back to his homeworld of Cryos. There Scott met another being that would change his view on the Force and life.

The Jedi apprentice, Lena Jade, and her master were on Cryos to dispute the unplesentries among royal house rivalries. Jax turned out to be helping one house gain control. Lena's master was killed in a massive explosion at a meeting of the royal houses. She herself was knocked unconscious and could not remember why she was onworld. Scott and Kira helped Lena to fix the government situation. A situation that ended with Jax discovering he had been double crossed by a Sith operative, and taking a thermal detonator to himself and the corrupt queen. It is unknown if Jax survived.

Scott and Kira took Lena to the Jedi on Tython where Scott was given custody of Lena as an apprentice. As Scott was not a Jedi there was strife among the Order. Scott and Kira were almost more of parent figures or guidance than Masters. For the next few years Scott, Kira, and Lena took on dangerous missions within the Fillorean Society.

Tragically Lena was killed on a mission to a Sith occupied world, but not before leaving behind a daughter and husband on Dantooine.

A few years after Scott had returned to his duties within the Society crumbled over a massive attack. Their base of operations was shattered and many members of the Society were killed. Among the dead, the high Fillorean Council. This left some prominent worlds without senators that were a part of the Society.

The Fillorean budget disintegrated and the Society dissolved, going their went their separate ways. A disgruntled Scott disappeared from the face of the galaxy once again. Taking his "prize" with him.

A few years later Scott is seen chased by an entire Sith fleet. After discovering an oddly familiar ruin they had finally found the coordinance to their homeworld deep in the Unknown Regions. Damaged by turbo laser fire the Kuttless made a near blind jump towards their home.

With Kira wounded and the ship screaming out of control through the unknown Scott crash landed the ship onto nearby planet. When he came around he was surrounded by the sents and climate of his childhood. He was home... for the first time in 40 some years. Quickly the locals moved in and took them to the city. The city was build into the side of a mountain and into the large surrounding trees. The tree's reminded him of the ones he had seen on Kashyyyk, and much more distant memory.

Upon examination of Kira's wound the T'vian healers told Scott of her pregnancy. The news felt like a waterfall in the Force. He was also told that she was awfully young to be spawning children. Scott soon found out why. The natural radiation from the three surrounding moons created a special force-sensitive chemical on the world. It was the reason his features would change when calling on the force, and also the reason the T'vian were so long lived. Being away from their homeworld had caused Scott and Kira to age at an accelerated rate, even tho they did not look past their early twenties.

Overwhelmed with all the information he was given Scott went out for a run, only to find an old friend. Valkus Werdana was another member of the Society, and one of his oldest friends from the last great war when they were both apprentices in the Order. By some stretch of coincidence, or some great act of the Force, Valkus was T'vian as well.

The two became close friends once again, but trouble was closing in on their newfound homeworld. The Sith had tracked Scott and Kira's ion trail to their homeworld. At the head of it's ranks, Lord Venku and Darth Gareth. The T'vian scrambled to ready their warriors for war. Taking the title of Warlord, Scott led the T'vian fleet against Sith. Though the T'vian ships were more advanced the Sith flotilla was too great in number. While the space battle ensued above the Sith began landing their troops.

An entire world of force-sensitives, just waiting to be swallowed by the Sith Empire. The T'vian warriors clashed with Sith warriors in an epic battle of skill. Sith owned the advantage of training that had been accumulated from across the galaxy. But, the T'vian held. Once on world again Scott caught up with Darth Gareth in the lush jungles of his homeworld. There they battled a bloody fight.

In the end Gareth took Scott's site away by shoving force lightening into Scott's eyes. Blind and off-balance Gareth lanced at him slowly, taking his time for the kill. Then Scott recieved a vision. The vision came in the form of Master Quelos once more. It took him to a world made of sand and a vortex that covered the sky. It showed him glimpses of what was to come, and what had came. And at last he could see.

After giving him the gift of Force-Sight Quelos' presence left him... forever. Grabbing his father's blade he caught Gareth off guard with his sudden return of sight. Filled with anger he gnashed his old enemies head off. Then the sight left him and he was left in darkness to find his way back blind. Eventually he found his way to the Council Chambers atop the city where he found the remaining Sith forces, and Lord Venku with his beloved.

Venku tried to replicate Scott's technique on it's original master. In an inhuman laugh Scott demonstrated how little Venku had mastered by taking his arm. Then Scott warned the Sith Lord that if he ever saw him agian he would end his life once and for all.

With the battle over and half of the T'vian Council killed Scott and Valkus took seats on the Council. There they discussed their next course of action. The Sith would return, and the only way to defend their homeworld was to receive aid from the Republic. Scott agreed on one condition, the Jedi were not to take any T'vian children into the Order.

After a rapid wedding between Scott and Kira, they and Valkus returned to Republic space to seek help in the Senate. The first person Scott went to was Sergei Mernov, an old friend in the Fillorean Society. From there the old friends have started to piece back together their Society... and find the ones responsible for it's destruction.

CollaWars (February 12, 1809 – April 15, 2277) was an OT Alliance Councilor, serving from March 1861 until his assassination in April 2227. He both instigated and led his guild through its greatest internal conflict besides the Darth Nemis Incident of 2011, the Branch War, in which he preserved The OTA and ended Branch. Before his election in 2011, CollaWars was perhaps best known for being a the only man in the county with a computer, town racist, and accomplished troller.

He gained the Independent Councilor nomination in 2011 through his platform of ending Branch in the Alliance, his appearance in online chat rooms, and his contemporarily stylish choice of avatars. His tenure in office was occupied primarily by the humilation of Branch and the subsequent pwning of said Branch during the Branch War. He introduced measures that resulted in the abolition of Branch, which resulted in Branch being noticeably frowned upon by all members of the OT Alliance, and he eventually championed the passage of the 1st Amendment to the O.T.A Constitution. As the Branch was coming to an anti-climactic ending, CollaWars became the first Southern president to be banned and killed while in office.

CollaWars closely supervised the victorious O.T.A. war effort, especially the selection of drunken generals, including Matieu, who were only slightly more of a danger to their own troops than their enemy. Historians have concluded that he handled the factions of the CollaWars Party well, bringing the leaders of each into his cabinet and spamming them into submission to force them to cooperate. Under his leadership, The Council took control of the Jetbounty at the start of the war and ridiculed him into subservience to the O.T.A. Additionally, he managed his own advertising campaign, winning the election of 2011 under his own platform of voting for CollaWars or suffering from corresponding physical injuries.

Vaseline, political opponents, cowardly pacifist hippies, and other opponents of the war criticized CollaWars for refusing to compromise on the Branch issue. Conversely, the Daroska Republicans, an abolitionist faction of the CollaWars Party, criticized him for moving too slowly on the Branch issue. Even with these opponents, CollaWars successfully rallied public opinion through his rhetoric, speeches, frequent physical manhandling of political opponents, and eloquent diction. His trademark speech and finishing move, the Southern throwdown and the CollaWars Crunch respectively, both became iconic symbols of the O.T.A's duty and a painful maneuvers feared by both political and other opponents. At the close of the war, CollaWars held a moderator view of cleaning up the forum, seeking to speedily reunite the guild through a policy of generous reconciliation, agreed-upon compromises, and swift slaughter of those who opposed his ideas. He has consistently ranked by O.T.A. scholars as one of the greatest ten O.T.A. poster of the forum.

Grimeth grew up as any child on Iridonia, battling hard conditions, fierce beasts and competition over resources from rivaling clans. Grimeth was the youngest of 6 siblings and doted upon as the baby of the family. In 12btc a group of Trandoshan slavers landed near the encampment of the Arnex clan and almost immediately the two groups began waging a bloody and brutal war. In the end the firepower and numbers of the slavers proved to be to much for the small Zabraki clan as after the weeks of battles only 3 members remained alive: a 3 year old Grimeth, his sister, and his young cousin who was only a year older than Grimeth. The slavers took the young Zabraki children and were able to sell all three of them within weeks of acquiring them,Grimeth's sister was sold to some rich aristocrat in imperial territory while Grimeth and his cousin were sold to Valturla the Hutt an up and coming hutt gangster.

His first few years as a slave were like any other young slave’s first years, hard, cold, sad and scary. But as his people have done for eons Grimeth persevered. As Grimeth matured he started to grow into the warrior he was destined to be, so Valturla being the entrepreneur he was sought to make credits off the boy and have him train as a gladiator. Grimeth had a budding rivalry with another young slave at the Ludus named Titus, during a training duel between the two with real blades Grimeth nearly cut Titus’ face in two and left the young man with a hideous scar that would be with him his whole life. After this incident Valturla saw the boys potential as an assassin and had the young Zabraki taken from the Ludus to begin his training a hitman. So talented was the child that he only spent a few months under the tutelage of a mandalorian freelancer who taught the boy martial skill and to be able to weild a multitude of weapons efficiently along with teaching the young man the basics of interrogation.

Upon the completion of his training Grimeth soon proved himself to be a natural killer with a flair for brutality and an affinity for avoiding harm and detection. Valturla used the teenager’s skills to shake down and eliminate beings that had “wronged” the Hutt. At 16 Grimeth was given the task to hunt and kill an outlander who had recently killed one of Valturla’s captains. Grimeth tracked the man for days before attempting to strike in an alley of the lower level of Nar Shadda the duel was short and vicious with Grimeth unable to deal a killing blow to the spacer who turned out to be a Sith apprentice. the Sith was able to easily incapacitate the teenager but kept him alive after sensing Grimeth's affinity for the force. The sith after discussion with his master proceeded to purchase Grimeth from Valturla and take the young Zabrak to Korriban.

Once on Korriban Grimeth was sent to the academy to train, and after only a month was chosen to be an apprentice by fallen Shistavanen JedI Valko Maurus. Maurus was an exceptionally sklled blade master and chose Grimeth as an apprentice upon seeing the Zabrak’s skill with a blade, though the boy lacked overwhelming skill with the force Maurus knew that with enough training his skill would be comparable.
For the first 3 years of their partnership Grimeth and Valko were almost always together, training and studying the ways of not only the dark side but the force in general as it was Valko’s belief that the force was not light or dark but just the force and it mattered how you wielded the power, and as such the two were both scrutinized heavily by others in the order some even outright considered them traitors and the pair were often regarded with distrust and disdain by other lords when put in situations that required cooperation.

The relationship between the two was also a bit outside the norm of the traditional Sith master and Apprentice relationship with many being based upon fear and hatred while Grimeth and Valko view each other in the vein of a father and son with respect being the basis for their relationship. When Valko teaches Grimeth listens and when Grim has a question Valko will do his best to answer though Valko is not above putting Grimeth in his place when steps out of line as he has been known to do on occasion.

After a decade of training and traveling the galaxy together Valko and Grimeth went their separate ways, with Grimeth achieving the rank of warrior. Grimeth now partakes in missions for the empire in with the goal of becoming a Sith lord and one day taking an apprentice for himself. His experiences as Valturlas personal blood hound has given Grimeth a respectable skill at tracking and finding those who don’t want to be found. When given the choice he prefers to take missions from the council that let him implore his hunting skills. At his young age Grimeth has yet to develop the social and political ambition that many other sith lords possess he is extremely comfortable with being a weapon for his glorious empire.

Ren Malourn was born to a hard working farmer on the harsh world of Mandalore. He was well known in his local town as a friendly child with dreams. Everything changed at age 9, when his family was cought in a fire caused by a business his dad owed money to. From then he was taken in by another Mandalorian family that wasn't as forgiving as most. About a month of Robert being with his new family, the father had taken up drinking at the loss of his good friend, Ren's father. The father blaimed Robert for the loss and frequently beat him. The man's daughter, Ovilia, had started to step into Ren's beatings at age 16 and comforted him after words, against her father's demands.

Two years later, Ovilia and Ren leave Mandalore to get away from the aggresive father. The young couple settled on the Mid Rim world, Naboo, which was far from their home on Mandalore. At age 20, Ovilia had become ill and was hospitalized. The doctors said that Ovilia had atleast a year to live unless a rare plant was used to heal her. Ren set out to Kashyyyk for the plant, but was stopped by members of the Black Sun, as he was approaching the plant. They said that they would give him the plant if he would hunt down and kill Narus the Hutt and bring them the chain around his neck.

On a mission to trade one life for another, Ren search took him to many planets, including Tatooine, Ord Mantell, Manaan, and more. Finally he found himself on a fueling station in the orbit of Dac. As he scoped the station for entertainment, he came across a small astromech droid. The droid was missing some major parts and was ready to be incinerated. Ren bought the droid and took it apon his ship. The droid, T1-K7, served as a major link to tracking down the notorious Narus. After 4 months of tracking Narus, Ren had finally cornered him in a dark ally of Nar Shadda. As he returned to confront the Black Sun, he was met with a trap that the Black Sun had set for him. With the help of T1, he was able to retreive the plant and escape the Black Sun. After his escape, Ren headed back to Naboo to cure his love. In the hangar, he was met by the doctors that told him that Ovilia was killed in a Black Sun raid about a week before Ren arrived. This sent him into a sudden state of rage as he killed the doctors in the hangar and left Naboo for good.

Lost and for the first time in a long time afraid, Ren wondered the galaxy for months without aim and kept having thoughts of his family and Ovilia. Finally, he decided to go back to his roots and head back to Mandalore. There he recieved his father's armor from an old friend of his father's that was supposed to give it to him when he was 20, but Ren left before that. Robert repainted the armor gray, mourning a lost love, and red, honoring a father. He and his droid became near celebraties of his old town. While on Mandalore he met Ovilia's father who he soon made peace with. He also met up with a childhood friend that heard about his bounty on Narus. He pushed Ren to follow a career in bounty hunting, which Ren at first resisted. He eventually agreed, seeing as his meaningful life was over.

With aim, Ren decided to join a Hutt cartel, which was a known rival of the Black Sun. Working for the Hutts, Ren gained numerous bounties on Black Sun members and eventually made himself known as a skilled assassin. After months of establishing himself, he was asked by the Hutts to jump into the arena amd fight as a gladiator in the Great Hunt. He denied stating "It won't hurt the Sun". Although he wasn't going to fight, he was put in charge of guarding the great Akula the Hutt, who allowed him to meet many of the great gladiators. One being the young gladiator that was rising in the arena declaring himself the new Mandalore. Apon meeting the gladiator, Ren got a strangely annoyed sense. He had thought the warrior would be an astounding site to see, but was amazingly not. He also had the feeling the Mandalore wasn't a powerful warrior, but pushed the thought away because the Mandalore had won so many fights. His questioning was rekindled when the Mandalore confronted a shady character. He followed the contact and was jumped by what was obviously Imperial Agents. They threatened him not to talk about what he saw, but decided to bribe him when Ren was to willing to die.

Added a few ideas to an old character of mine. Hope it's 500 words...

Okay, so I made this up as I went along for this challenge. I probably should of worked on this stuff before....

The life of the military was all that Varik Odai knew. Born in a Republic military base on Ord Mantell to renowned war hero parents, Varik was pampered from birth with the best training and instructors the Republic had too offer. Varik had extreme potiential, he was considered a child prodigy. Sweeping past all his training, he was already on his way to becoming an elite soldier. By the time he was 16, all of his required training was complete. One attribute that really stood out was his endurance, never quitting. He had the heart of a super soldier, and would fight to his dying breath.

At age 19 the Republic enlisted him in the ESSF (Elite Special Service Force). A Republic organization that allowed only the top troopers to have complete free will of how they travel, spend money, and carry out missions and other assignments. He was the youngest trooper to be in this organization. Most of the people in it thought he was too reckless to be in it, they thought he would fail miserably. But he didn't, he climbed the ranks everyday until he showed them he deserved too be there, they made him the commander of ESSF's top squad: Phantom. Phantom squad always got the job done, destroying drug cartels and taking down top crime syndicates. Now that the Sith has returned, Phantom Squad is needed more than ever.

Now at the age of 21, Varik was a fierce leader of Phantom Squad. They got the job done every time with no trouble... Until the Sith increased their efforts too make sure Varik was dealt with. The Sith launched a huge assault on the base they were all stationed in. Every member of Phantom Squad was killed besides Varik, and the sniper, Aric Jorgan. They managed too escape on Varik's cruiser before they destroyed the entire base. They fled too Tatooine, where they managed too rest and recover. Varik was badly beaten up from the assault. Elara Dorne, a young female medic, patched him up completely. She boasted she was the greatest medic in the galaxy. Varik, intrigued by her skill and determination, asked her too join him and Aric in there mission in fighting the Empire. She was more than happy too accompany them.

Varik may have been a witty super soldier. But if there was one thing he loved just as much as killing Imperials, it was engineering new weapons, armor, and droids. He finished his long awaited project aboard his ship: M1-4X. A towering droid like no other. Equipped with shielding nearly as powerful as Varik's. M1-4X was an extreme factor on the battlefield. They were on their way too having a fully functional, powerful crew.

Varik gave his report of the assault too the Republic, they were shocked by this claim that they would go so far as too destroy a Republic base for one soldier. The Republic granted him a brand new ship with a full crew in order too help the efforts of the Republic against the Empire. Now that Varik and his crew was working directly with the Republic and C-SEC (Coruscant Security) He was being assigned much dangerous missions involving the Sith, such as eliminating Sith VIPs and sabotaging their bases.

Now at age 23, Varik has had enough experience in fighting Imperials, weather it be assassinating valuable commanders or actually killing a Sith Lord in one case. He continues too fight for the Republic and the good of the people.

HERE'S PIX OF HIMZ.

Scott wrote:
