It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...

I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.

Hi my name is Meatlocker you may remember me from such attempts to troll the GD as the Rick Roll Revan and WOW = Trent Rezor and SWTOR = Johnny Cash but today I have a new war called the Corrupted Nekhoul Incident.

In World of Warcraft the Corrupted Blood Incident occurred on September 13, 2005. It launched a debate on whether or not games could be used to predict pandemics. It also led to the small 2 million player of wow expanding immensely.

Therefore we should create our own Corrupted Blood Incident.

We should spread the Nekghoul plague through the forums.

How to do that?

First create a thread talking about the Nekghoul plague on the GD and where we think it's going and whether we like or how Nekghouls should be a race or something. OP has the Nekghoul avatar, no one else does.

Then slowly people start to complain that they're avatar has been switched to a Nekghoul. Hopefully other people pick up on the joke or we inform others but this could be the start of the Nekghoul plague that really wasn't.
