When I signed up I told them I had a company (this allows me to pay one month past my due date with no fees because contracts could be scarce LOL)
Actually I had to call them for that and I think I need to renew that part of the agreement soon, so that they make sur ethe note is in my file. But my records show ontime payments or double payments.
I only pay $30 before tax, $34 with tax. I bargainged a deal when I got my new phone. If you're ALREADY with someone, BARGAIN a deal. IT's important. Let them know that you don't want to pay more than a said amount but you need this and that. If they want to keep you as a customer, they're negotiate.
I have:
-unlimited text messaging
-unlimited calls evening and weekends (evenings start at 6pm)
-150 weekday minutes
-caller ID
-free Telus text message BILLING (they text me my due amount and date)
-answering machine, with room for 3 voice messages
My phone is a basic one, with flip out keyboard (qwerty keyboard), touchpad screen, photo camera, SD card, Wifi.
I chose no internet access BUT, if I'm somewhere that has WIFI, Ican access the net free of charge.
All that for just under $35 a month. This deal is actually worth $55 BEFORE tax.
The best is get a new phone for a 2 or 3 year contract, the phone will cost you $0, teh deal can be negotiated. And voilà.
