Obvious Decline in the OT

It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...

I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.

I understand that people are busy these days, but it doesn't seem like they're rarely at their computer anymore. I know most of you are still dicking around with your computer. I don't know how we …

Happy New Year OT! We may be dying... BUT WE'RE STILL HERE! We had an... interesting year last year. Vice Admin Burkman is taking a long earned vacation and Uly is stepping into his position. Well... Ok so I was thinking maybe we just had a dry spell because of Thanksgiving, but apparently not. I can't really tell you whats up.

As of now, we havent had a single new member since September. And that was GSG. Mineturtle has been the only actual newcomer. In August.

12 to 15 members are actually active. That is a nice small community but only when they actually post a bit.

Ok so, November had our lowest post count of a month to date. Barely over 1000. This made up 3% of this years posts (counting the posts in this December).

Imo, we need to start thinking of ways to keep the OT alive. Whether its raiding other forums to join, send emails to the lost members or something. Seriously now guys, any ideas?

Nice use of hyperbole. But no. We havent been dead for years. Months maybe. But not years. OMG!

Anyway, this thread is about ideas to atleast try to fix the OT. Trying something and not having it succeed is better than watching the OT die.

Im betting what we'll have to do is jump onto the next MMO forums. I tried to get you guys to do with GW2 but noooooooo. So, we could try to tought it out for TES. Even if most of us dont even want it we still need recruiting.

Also, TOR has a forum to advertise sites and whatnot where the OT used to be. But you can't post unless you have a sub. And I currently cant find my security key to log into my sub.
