Elysium

It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...

I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.

Let's face it... it was pretty visually stunning.

Story: 3/10

Are we suppose to "feel" something for this woman and her daughter who somehow have a connection to Matt Damond's character? I mean there's the flashback at the start of the movie, but it... it doesn't really add to the movie.

Antagonist: 5/10

I felt the badguy was... wtf. So they use a cybernetic rapist/murderer to fix all their problems on earth? I don't even... On the other hand he is deliciously insane and has absolutely no morals. (tbh I think they just didn't spend the time to write out a personality for the dude) Greatest antagonist tho was Jodi Foster... L... M... A... O...

It was... an ok movie... dunno if I'd bother watching it again. There was some cool choreography and the effects were sexy.

Overall: 6.5/10
