It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...

I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.

Actually you need a new translator because that is not what I said. I have no problem with all of us getting together etc... I just think that last thing some of us need is alcohol.

Alcohol can bring out violent tendancies in some people and what not- in a group where we get emotional charged sometimes over the internet, I dread to think what would happen in person and with alcohol in the mix... Pot mellows people.

And for the record, pot does affect people differently depending on their personalities, a lot of people I know can hold the most amazing philosophical discussions when high- and aren't stupid at all when high.

Not initially, when I was younger I was actually terrified of pot and thought it was a gateway drug, so while my friends would do it, I would be totally straight.

Just like alcohol it affects people differently. It depends on your personality etc.

Of course I have participated in many conversations while high that were not intelligent etc.

Why does everytime we mention drinking do you have to mention an alcoholic chick? Maybe you'll loosen up about this when you drink. Sure you're 24, but lifes long. Maybe you'll meet a fun, spirited girl that'll liven up your life a little. Also drinking may attract friends to hang out with so you dont end up stalking said girl.
