Seems like I ain't the only one that has no idea what's happening around here. In other news: The guy that wrote Little Miss Sunshine, the upcoming Hunger Games and Toy Story 3 is going to write the new Star Wars

| They'll make frequent changes to correct his writing cuz he don't know no star wars. He'll re-watch the movies and start writing, that's what he'll do!
"Wait, what... hutts are a species? It's not a title? So I can't have a bitch named Jordy the Hutt?"
"They're called Bith, sir."
"Bitch, bith, whatever, I don't fucking care, I have to write new shit now, FUCK.... you know what... fuck it, I'll work around it"

| What writing is there to do with the Hunger Games? They're books....
Seeing as thats the only example of a good action movie, the other two... eh... Toy Story 3 was good but...

| Don't throw it down yet, there's a chance he can write a good Star Wars movie, none of those are really movies like Star Wars...don't let that scare you...think of the positives...this will be a clean slate.. | |

| Well Spielberg is out of the question... why don't we have James Cameron do it? | |

When don't want a completely clean slate. Like Uly said, they could be people that watch the movies and feel like Star Wars buffs.

Dude, Cameron Resident-eviled the Alien franchise, I think Spielberg or JJ Abrams might be better.

| Here's the list of the directors that might be chosen:
Steven Spielberg, Neill Blomkamp, Alfonso Cuarón, Darren Aronofsky, Joss Whedon, Joseph Kosinski, Colin Trevorrow, J. J. Abrams and Brad Bird.
Plus, Tarantino and Zack Snyder are rumoured to be in the list.
Spielberg, Whedon and Bird are my pics. Snyder and Abrams could be interesting. Don't know about Tarantino, doesn't seem as his kind of film.

Dont pin that on him. Lucas is the one who proposed aliens and Spielberg was highly against it because of ALL the alien movies he's made.
