The Lone Star State

It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...

I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.

Its a good school, both my sisters and my dad graduated from it, their bureaucracy can be really slow sometimes (took them almost a month to process four forms from me, making me miss out on the last semester) but other than that its a great school, you'll run into more country kids than you will rich little fucks so that's definitely a plus in my book.

Actually Wyoming is one of the only states in the country with a positive budget (last I checked on it), and the college is pretty damn highly ranked, especially their education, geology and archaeology departments.

Actually... being in this business for a little bit now... the only reason we exploit other countries for their resources, is because it's cheaper than using our own. Give an American company resources and they'll bust your nut for every penny you've got, what happens with capitalism. So it's cheaper to get it elsewhere.

If by "natural resources" you mean fossil fuels then no. However, pasture and fertile land are natural resources and they are being stolen from farming communities and destroyed.

No, I mean shale, coal, precious metals and those things. But yea, our fertile farming land is being systematically destroyed which could end up being the downfall of America, unless we start doing some really hardcore investing in hydroponics.
