| So anyone else watch this show?
for the most part i agree with their findings about what historical warrior would win again who and that's all fine and dandy.
but after watching the last episode they showed a preview of the next episode.. Zombies vs Vampires.
ok so now they are delving into fictional characters, which could be interesting.
But vampires vs zombies... how in the hell is a vampire going to lose to a zombie.

| The problem is... you can't put numbers to RL skill... and that's exactly what they do. It's all statistics... Zombies vs. Vampires? Well that just proves the point of how serious this show is. | |

Their Ninja episode was practically a fiction character. Hell, they make up most stuff. The only option in Vampire vs Zombies is that they are having one Vampire against a Hoard. Which is stupid since Vampires can make their own Hoard and can only be killed by things no Zombie could possibly think of.

| Ummm not to get all technical (I really can't help myself) and everything but a Zombie wouldn't go after a Vampire. Vampires don't smell like human anymore therefore would be unappetizing to the aforementioned Zombie. It would be like a dog to them or a cat, no interest. And a Vampire wouldn't go after a Zombie for two reasons, 1. It's stupid, zombies aren't a threat to them, they are already dead. and 2. Since they are already dead, they would be unappetizing for Vampires.....
so neither would have interest in each other, why waste a whole episode about that?

| I don't see why a zombie wouldn't try to eat a vampire. If some vampire happened to be walking around in sight of a zombie, well... that vampire certainly looks like a human. Far as I know, zombies don't have a sixth sense that lets them detect whether or not something is "one of the living" that are good for eatin'.
And why wouldn't zombies eat cats and dogs? They probably would... they just don't show that in movies and games very often. Or ever, as far as I know...
There's different versions of zombies in various books and movies... so I think they'd have to agree on what kind of zombie they're talking about first.
On a side note, I never understood why zombies don't try to eat each other. I guess most creatures shy away from cannibalism but still... zombies seem the type to resort to cannibalism, you know? Even if it didn't gain any nourishment from eating another zombie, how does the zombie know that? Other zombies are just humanoids with meat on 'em like anything else.

In that they are a new species and not either a zombie or a vampire.... And Zombies in every movie I have ever seen only go after humans, good example is Dawn of the Dead. From the begining of the Zombie movie genre it seems that they want humans, and do not go after dead bodies, they also seem to be attracted to the places where the humans are WITHOUT seeing them....therefore a logical conclusion would be that they are attracted to our smell....much like Vampires.

It was based off of the 1954 novel of I Am Legend.

It was based off of the 1954 novel of I Am Legend. I did know that, but from what I have heard (which granted could be totally wrong) Meteor Man was far closer to the book than the I am Legend movie....but now that I think of it that source is probablt wrong.

Yeah, in the movies, that's what I'm trying to get at. If we're thinking of zombies as real live things here, maybe we shouldn't go by just the movies and/or books. The people making the films probably didn't consider or didn't want a cat or dog being grabbed and eaten in their movie. And if the survivors made it to some sort of shelter in the middle of nowhere and no zombies found them and attacked them, it'd make a boring movie. The zombies HAD to find them for the sake of the movie. Who's to say zombies wouldn't travel around mindlessly for days and not find anything... I dunno, but in my mind, zombies are basically like animals. Human beings stripped of their intelligence. Which is what made us good at killing things in the first place! Oh, and also technically dead... who now eat other human beings... Now that I think about it, maybe there's more to a zombie I should consider. Now I'm starting to wonder whether or not my image of a zombie qualifies as a zombie... or more of an infected human like 28 days later. Aaaanyway, I don't mean to argue just to be a dick or anything. I don't want you to dislike me. EDIT: You know... you and Spanky never show up in chat... There's usually some peeps there!
