It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...

I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.

Okay not really, but this morning scientists discovered particles that can travel faster than the speed of light. FTL has always been a theory until today, nobody believed it was possible. Well all those people can shove it. This discovery has opened up a brand new door to Space Travel. Im gonna start saving up for my star destroyer...and maybe buy some moon property.

Heard about this the other day... I personally think there was some sort of major fluke in the experiment. As it stated neutrinos are extremely hard to work with. Usually you need to be deep underground to collect them spatially and correctly. The article says it launched the neutrinos deep, but that doesn't say where they collected it. I'm not really sure how neutrinos work, but I thought they passed right through Earth. I'm curious as to what they were bouncing them off of, especially not even half way through the mantle.
