It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...

I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.

They need to let the antagonists win. There are several movies where the bad guys win and lots of various shows that do that. In terms of Transformers, they need to do that with the Decepticons, too.

The thing about the Transformers movies is that if the first two were their own movies, they'd be kind of good. But as a trilogy its horribly setup.

1. Autobots win all the time.
2. There's new shit that WE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT in all the films. (All-Spark, Matrix of Leadership, those column things)
3. They set up nothing for the next films. They were standalone-like.

Even the Star Wars prequels had better story telling than the Transformers movies.

True, but they show dark moments. Have you seen Transfrormers Prime: Beast Hunters? And you have to remember that they are also trying to balance the scale of children and adult viewers. Having the Decpticons have extremely huge victories would send the wrong message to kids.
