It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...

I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.

This is what happened. I called off, because my arm was hurting bad and I feel there's a bit of nerve damage or something, because my left ring finger and pinky are numb and tingling. There's also the fact that my arm fucking hurts and my elbow has done this weird tingly thing and at the same time caused pain. Now I can barely hold my arm up without it hurting.

I called off of work because I was afraid if I did any of the stuff I do, the pain would get worse or I could seriously hurt my arm. The problem lies from the fact that my dad and step mom completely took a shitty turn and ended up telling me that this is me being "irresponsible" or "lazy". Telling me they went to work with "aches" and "pains". They clearly don't know what the fuck they're talking about.

So now here I am wanting to get out of this shitty household and move to somewhere where people aren't making snide comments about my well being. I'm an adult. If I feel something is wrong with my body, it's my decision to do what I feel is right.

So fuck my dad. Fuck him. It's not always the case where it just "goes away at random". My fucking leg is clear evidence of that. He's fucking seen it. So him saying what he did is completely ignorant and unnecessary.

I'm going to the doctor's tomorrow to find out what exactly is wrong with my arm, so wish me luck on that.

So it turns out that there's inflammation around my ulnar nerve causing aching and numbness in my pinky and ring fingers. So I to avoid hyperflexing and sitting my elbow down on something for a while. Also, I have to take like 600 mg of Ibuprofen a day for two weeks. Hopefully, the problem won't escalate further causing me to get surgery or see a specialist.

In general, it's usually caused by keeping your elbows bent or pressed against a hard surface for a long period of time

No, but seriously- your dad can eat a dick. Get better and take as much time as you need. A friend had to go through some major surgery because some nerve in his foot got pulled and he just ignored it and tried to "walk it off"...
