The inactivity of this forum. | Thu Apr 02, 2015 11:06 pm by Burkman | It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...
I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.
I understand that people are busy these days, but it doesn't seem like they're rarely at their computer anymore. I know most of you are still dicking around with your computer. I don't know how we …

Vice Admin Burkman is taking a long earned vacation and Uly is stepping into his position. Well... I'd have more to say but I've got other things to do atm... and oh yeah... to quote Callin... | Go Diego Go is not as simple as it seems. The show all takes place inside Baby Jaguar’s head.
Baby Jaguar’s parents were murdered by Spanish speaking poachers, the leader calling himself Diego. Baby Jaguar was unable to do anything. He associated his powerlessness to stop the murder with a sense of animal inferiority to humans. In a perverted way, he idolizes humans for their power but despises them for their brutality. He has since created a fantasy world in which he helps a small 8 year old boy named Diego roam rainforests and savannas protecting animals.
In this world, the humans are twisted to serves the needs of animals and protect them instead of kill them. There is never any mention on whether the boy’s parents let Diego keep Baby Jaguar. This is because Jaguar adopted Diego, not the other way around. Diego’s parents go unnamed just as Baby Jaguar himself, and his murdered parents will go unrecorded in history.
Diego starts the episode by hearing a cry from an animal in the rainforest. Only Diego can hear it. Yet this is not truly the cry of an animal calling out for help as it would be too far away, and others would be able to hear it.
Rather, this Baby Jaguar remembering the screams of his parents and their crys for help when they were butchered by poachers. All he can do is weep and imagine a world where he can help rescue animals instead of watch them die.

Doesn't make it any less true. I'm afraid to respond to this since I can see Rorschach just waiting to pounce and kill me.
