Elder Scrolls MMO Announced today

It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...

I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.

Well... They do have to dumb down the graphics so it's easier to run... I mean... A TES MMO with Skyrim epicness is all well and good, but not many people are gonna be able to run it...

That was the first reason I was skeptical about this game... I play Skyrim for sexy graphics.... graphics that MMOs don't have. Take away the graphics and system that I like using in previous games... then why would I want to play it?

The only reason I'm getting TOR is because I played Kotor... I would never play GW2 or WoW... the only reason I might get TESO is because I like the TES games. All other MMOs are outliers... THEY DO NOT INTEREST ME.

I never played the first Guild Wars. In fact, I knew nothing about it until I looked up the stuff. I'm still getting it. And you're seriously going to risk TES Online being absolutely awful? You're going to risk paying $60+ for something that could be shit? I don't care if you don't play WoW, because I hate WoW now. At least give Guild Wars 2 a whack. I can guarantee you that it will be pretty good if not better.

I can't miss anything I don't play... I have no interest in MMOs in general... I don't have the time or interest for them... TOR and TESO are relate-able for me... and yes maybe they will be crap... but it wont matter if I have nothing to compare them to in my previous experiences. And if I GENUINELY don't like how they play... I'll just quit them. I'm a console guy anywho...
