Anyway, I was gonna make a thread for this, but I might as well say it here. Turns out girl-at-work left the store. She doesn't work there anymore. She's gone to live with her mother in some city I don't know. I thought about asking where, but decided against it. I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to know... but I figured it would look better if I didn't ask.

I'm a little saddened by it. I never got the chance to prove I'm a normal person and not some freak. Or to talk to her and apologize for the whole snafu.

You know that little, whithered voice inside your head that keeps telling you 'Leave it be... Forget her...' Well, I say listen to it... I'm sure I've said it before but a girl that slams a harassment complaint on you for just talking to her and idly asking her out probably isn't worth the trouble...
Just let it be... Get a new suit, a pair of fancy new shoes (a fresh pair of socks as well... that was unintentional) and a new job. Before you know it, there'll be someone new... And don't try to look so desperate this time...
