Fucking Awesome Concert

It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...

I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.

I understand that people are busy these days, but it doesn't seem like they're rarely at their computer anymore. I know most of you are still dicking around with your computer. I don't know how we …

Happy New Year OT! We may be dying... BUT WE'RE STILL HERE! We had an... interesting year last year. Vice Admin Burkman is taking a long earned vacation and Uly is stepping into his position. Well... Saturday night in Fayetteville NC.

Last night was a BLAST! Two totally awesome shows, up at the Dogwood Festival. The Spin Doctors put on a wonderful and very fun/informal show. You could really tell they had the 20+ years experience doin what they love.
During one of the song breaks this chick yells out its my birthday so the Lead Singer starts to sing Happy Birthday to her and the whole band gets in on it. Just a wonderful experience.
On the other hand was Eve 6. So much energy and crowd invovlment and OMG the Singer has ADD. I swear. He just kept mentioning off the wall stuff and stuttering and just was so great. Fun Fact about him: All of his Bass' are made from HANDCRAFTED Dogwood. Then he made wiggly finger/hand motions and said "all execpt for the shiny parts... the metally shiny parts. you know." But it was a BLAST. So glad i went.
The two shows were so different and yet so equally AWESOME.

Really. I know, it's surprising considering a lot most of the things I listen to are from the 80s into the early 90s.

Sometimes go back even further. Like Parliament, for example. 70s funk. Then there's Creedence Clearwater Revival being in the 60s and what not.
