Are the poll results final? Like, if somebody all of a sudden votes for Colla, does that mean he wins and we all don't? Or does Scott make the final decision?

And let me give you this for example:

User 1 is biased but is decent with HTML coding and web page development.

User 2 is VERY popular, but doesn't know a forward slash from a back slash. He's also very biased.

User 3 is average. He knows some things, is kind of active, but has no bias.

User 4 is the best candidate. He has no bias, is very well liked, knows everything about HTML coding, has experience as an admin.

Then the community takes a vote. They vote in User 2 by a 5:1 margin. THis is not a good choice, simply because he will not fulfill his position. User 4 should have been selected, but since User 2 is very popular, he gets the position.

Now I'm not saying this is happening here, but I believe Scott should have final say on the matter so something like the example above doesn't happen.

As of right now that's how the polls are staying... unless all the nominees agree to restart the poll... this poll will run for another 6-5 days.

Popularity plays no roll... if people vote by popularity and the nominee does not hold to the standard I look for in an admin... I will simply remove them.

From the looks of things Burkman's gonna win anyway, but he would be my vote regardless. Either him or Branch (who I think has learned his lesson and could be a great leader for the OT TBH).

I'm pretty sure Branch wants to purge the OT of undesirables... such as myself. He wants a shining new OT full of new members and the few old members who's presence he will allow. Unless they anger him. Branch rules with an iron fist.

FTR Scott IS an admin technically since the forum is under his name and he has all admin powers and he's in the invisible "admin" group. There's just a secondary visible admin group that people see to know who are the admins. True story bro.
