I spent 10 days at someone's house watching their pets for them from christmas day to jan 4th. So there's that.

I also just made a car loan payment, which was due 3 days ago. I slept through my physical therapy appointment a couple days ago. >_>

Look at Uly living it up and being Adult and shit doing Adult things.

I got a job on a construction site and I get to drive a bobcat. Giving the good people of Nolensville a much needed Twice Daily.

College is molesting me

Well, I had a nice 3-day weekend. Tues, Wed, Thurs. But it's time to return to work, unfortunately.

It finally happened, guys! HAPPENINGU TIIIIIME!!

Watch out for all the nut case drivers. Seriously... North Carolina has the worst drivers (yes worse than Jersey and Massachusetts). Add a little snow and it's like Revelations is upon us. Should see our local Wallmart. No milk, eggs, or bread anymore. Fucking crazy southerners.

Seriously though.. 90% of Southerners cant drive for shite in the snow. Avoid it as much as possible.

Well, I found out today that if it snows on your car and it's left overnight, that snow kinda turns to ice. Whoda thunk it? It does not, in fact, just sweep off your car like powder while you squeal with glee and watch it scatter about with wonder and merriment in your eyes.

You wouldn't be as thrilled after having to chisel ice off your car and shovel the driveway... every... year.... of your life. -.-

Every couple of days....

I think I spent a good 15 minutes getting snow and ice off the windows and roof of my car. I'm glad I got to see it snowing but I don't think I'd like it to snow again.

The ice is definitely worse than the snow. Even in snow (if you have all year tires) you have decent traction. But god damn ice. @_@

I had a pre-inspection inspection today. I happened to find out beforehand and I was prepared for their arrival.

The exact some bed as my dorm bed.

I ain't no Private... it was Trainee Allan in basic and Airman Allan now.

I had the actual room inspection today by the First Sergeant. I passed. Apparently, amongst the squadrons at Langley, our squadron was performing room inspections the least frequently of all. So the commander has decided it's time to start crackin' down! Room inspections once a month for all airmen. Which means the first sergeant has to do it. She nice, tho.

I think that once you've been here a certain amount of time with good room inspections, you shouldn't get inspected at all. Like, after a year maybe. This isn't a few months like tech school. I live here... for 2-3 years I'm in a dorm room. A room inspection should just be someone making sure there's no meth lab, dead bodies, or a fire burned up half the room and you're hiding it. That's it.

Do they ever inspect computers? I feel like they don't, because if they did you probably wouldn't be on that base anymore. :P

How do people function in the snow? Society has collapsed here.

You have to use Ice Coins for currency to buy the frozen fish and beaver furs to survive. Also Maple Syrup will thicken the bloodstream because you need Alcohol to numb your already numb body.
