It's depressing to see how inactive it has been recently. I mean, everybody is pretty much primarily posting in the never ending thread now and there's not enough people here to make this place really booming. We need to find some way to bring more people here before this place just fades into nothingness...
I know for a fact that a lot of boards out there are thriving because of how many people are there. We just need to get back into the game and pull people here. However, where we obtain these people might matter, because we don't to end up pulling in douches like those at Selkath.
I understand that people are busy these days, but it doesn't seem like they're rarely at their computer anymore. I know most of you are still dicking around with your computer. I don't know how we …

So this assyrian dude was at kohl's today and for like 10 minutes I'm trying to figure out what he fucking wants because he knows maybe 3 phrases in english. "et's large" "manager?", and "sorry, not good english."
I couldn't get hold of a manager, they just wouldn't page me back. Sometimes I feel like they're doing it to me on purpose... other people have said sometimes it's impossible to reach them, so maybe it's not just me... but I can't help but suspect their hatred...
But I found someone else and asked if they could help and figured out on the 2nd "et's large?" that he was saying "extra large." He said it like a cross between it's and ex. Sounded like "et's", I thought he was just saying "it's" with an accent or something. Anyway, turns out we didn't have it in extra large... which the woman who helped me had trouble getting across to him. I would've had a worse time of it. I'm glad she was there. >_>
Mother fucker... you know, sometimes you have people at the register who don't speak english but it works out cuz they're just buying something. But this guy... this guy had to ask questions... and it's not like he speaks spanish, cuz there ARE spanish speakers at kohl's. A few, anyway. >_>
Assyrians are also assholes at yard sales, I'll have you know. But that's a different story.

I don't think there is an appeal in them for most people. I don't usually hear people say "Dude, Clarissa is a fucking cunt, I want to get with her!" It's more of "Dude, Clarissa is a fucking cunt. If you didn't have a 4.0 in HS, 20/10 vision, and are taller than 5'6"... don't bother applying to the Air Force... (for piloting jets that is)
If you're really set on piloting military craft look at the Army National Guard or Navy.
