A set is a group of reps you do... I usually do 3 to 5 sets of one specific exercise (say curls). Each set having an amount of reps you do (say 15 reps in one set).

So me it's more like...

Insert unschedules yoga every now and again, Hip Hop classes that are every week, but here's my main source of exercise...

Mon: sex
Tues: morning sex
Wed: evening sex
Thurs: spontaneous sex
Fri: outdoor sex
Sat: afternoon sex
Sun: resting day a littel less hardcore than the other days, but usually finishes from behind with a hell of a lot of pounding on my part.



Oksy, we don't have it scheduled like that, but that's pretty much the exercise I DO get and it'S usually hardcore.

SEX PUSHUPS are the best. You get on top of your partner (for me it'S me on top duah) lay with legs flat on bed, just enough elevated, so knees are pretty low in accordance to aprtner's body... (heck it'S basically the yoga Cobra position) using arms and legs you bounce up and down. When you hear your pelvis slapping, you know you're doing it right.
